Watch Peeta’s face, as Katniss leans in. He’s like, SO in awe that this is happening. That the girl he has been in love with all of his life is about to kiss him. And he just drifts into it, like heaven.
His mouth slightly opens, when he realizes what is happening and anticipates it.
Katniss’s thumb gently strokes down his cheek.
His eyes drift closed when their lips touch, and his jaw moves with the kiss.
Uuuuuuuuuugh. I just love this kiss SO MUCH. So much so that I made that gif. o_O

I’ve come SO far in the past 5 years. My literary life has evolved. I’ve come from skimming The Great Gatsby in high school to reading it for pleasure in college. I’m reading in-depth too, believe you me.
And I’m slowly, hesitantly looking for a new book to call home. The Hunger Games is pretty legit, home-wise. As is Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone.
Both feel like summer to me. A warm, cozy place to relax. What does it say about me that a dystopian novel feels like home to me?

I know I don’t exclusively hold copyrights for the Peeta “Set Fire To The Bread” image, but I Photoshopped it. My brother and I took up the reigns with the lyrics after seeing the first few lines here on Tumblr, and then I Photoshopped our version of the song. PLEASE STOP CROPPING OUT MY WATERMARK. I’ve seen it all over Pinterest with the watermark cropped out, AND here on Tumblr. I put my watermark for my blog in the lower right corner to be discreet and make it easy to trace back to ME, not to make it easy to crop out.
If you want to claim it so much, Photoshop it your own damn self, stop stealing mine. /endrant
